The H-W Emergency Center has "disability indicator" forms, available to anyone who is unable to speak, walk or hear. Once the form is completed, they are kept confidential at the ECO office. In the event of an emergency, when you call 9-1-1, the code shows on the screen. These forms can be picked up at the ECO in Hamilton. For more information, call 978-468-1212.
